  1. Re: Vietnam invitation letter denied
I was recently in Vietnam on a tourist visa and received an offer from a school in Thai Nguyen. I left Hanoi and flew to Bangkok to re-enter Vietnam on a sponsored business visa. On August 3rd I have informed my application for an invitation letter had been denied and I couldn’t get a business visa.
On August 10th I received a tourist visa for I month. No problem with immigration. During August-early September. I returned to Thai Nguyen and Hanoi to find information and/or another sponsor for a business visa/work permit.
On September 10th my visa was only extended for 7 days, so I had to fly to Bangkok on 17th September again so as to not overstay my Vietnam visa.
I was informed in Thailand that my visa application to return to Vietnam was denied ( via Vietnamese visa service agent).
I am currently in Thailand and want to know if I have been blacklisted, if so why and for how long, and what can I do about this situation.
I have been in Vietnam since 2016. As a tourist (DL) and on business (DN) or special short term work visa (LV2). I have not worked when on a tourist visa and always tried to follow Vietnamese law and visa policy.
Everything is in my guesthouse in Thai Nguyen including all my belongings and most importantly my dog.
Can you please let me know what can be done about this situation.
Attached is my passport and last visa entry and exit stamps.
I hope to hear from you soon.
    Kind regards
    Brett Anthony
